Church of Our Saviour offers prevention of child abuse and adult misconduct prevention workshops sponsored by The Diocese of Virginia. These courses are required by all clergy, lay employees, vestry members, those going on mission trips, and certain ministry leaders. To determine if you need to take one of these workshops, contact your church administrator or email Carolyn Bancroft.

All workshops listed below are held in March and October. Specific dates will be determined in mid June and posted here.

Registration is required to attend these workshops. You can do this by calling the Diocese at 1-800-346-2373, ext. 41. For workshops at other locations and dates, choose here.

*This abbreviated course is designed for vestry members, Sunday School teachers, and parents. Please note that it does not fill the diocesan requirement of taking the full workshop, which is designed for clergy, employees, and those going on mission trips.
