Overview of Cemetery Regulations

1. Purchase of interment rights to cemetery lots are limited to members of Church of Our Saviour and their descendants and relatives.

2. Only the remains of the owners of interment rights or the following immediate and descendant relatives of the owner may be interred: parents, siblings, natural and adopted children, step-children.

3. The responsibility for the general care of the cemetery grounds is assumed by the Vestry of the church. The administration and general operation of the cemetery are performed by the cemetery Board of Trustees.

4. The current price for a single grave site is $400.

5. A complete copy of the Regulations of Church of Our Saviour Cemetery is available in the church office.

Overview of Courtyard Policies and Procedures

1. The purpose of the Coutryard is to provide an appropriate place, consecrated and maintained, for the interment of ashes of Church of Our Saviour's members and families.

2. The Courtyard will be administrated by the Trustees of the Church of Our Saviour Cemetery Board.

3. Ashes are to be buried directly in the ground or in a biodegradable container.

4. The name of each person whose ashes are interred in the Courtyard, with dates of birth and death, will be listed on a name plate which shall be displayed in the vicinity of the Courtyard.

5. The current fee is $250 and covers interment, name plate and perpetual care of the Courtyard.

6. A complete copy of the procedures is available in the church office.
